Recall Lot Watch Report Support
For Recall Lot Watch reports, email info@recalls.dataverityhub.com. Include the recalling firm, product, lot/code or recall number, checkout email, and the food-safety issue you want reviewed.
Billing Support
For duplicate charges, failed delivery, subscription billing, or receipt questions, email info@dataverityhub.com with your checkout email and Stripe receipt or session link if available.
Corrections and Claims
If a record subject, owner, firm, operator, provider, or other affected party believes a record needs correction, send the official source link and the corrected source record. DataVerityHub can add clarification and update internal records, but official source publishers control the underlying public record.
Expected Response
Support requests are reviewed in the order received. High-impact report delivery or billing issues should be marked urgent in the email subject.
